Return Policy At Our Dealership In Portland, ME
Your satisfaction is our mission! We take pride in the quality of our product lines. Offering excellent customer service is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly accept returns of new or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise must include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received.
Return timeframe: All returns must be processed within 30 days from the original date of purchase or 45 days for MVP members. Returns on the defective products are subject to the manufacturers' warranty.
Refund method: We will gladly refund your money in the manner in which you originally paid. However, purchases made with cash or a check greater than $200 will be refunded in the form of a check from Seacoast Motorcycles Inc. A restocking fee of 20% may apply to specially ordered items.
Final Sale Items: The following items may not be returned: Helmets, undergarments, electrical items, painted parts, gift cards, and clearance items. Merchandise that has been installed or worn may not be returned unless it is defective.
