About HOG
HOG was created in 1983 when we realized our owners were scattered throughout the country. We wanted our owners to connect with each other and establish a supportive community. We also wanted to give our riders direct access to a host of great resources to ensure a more memorable and rewarding membership experience.
Membership Benefits
One of the best membership benefits is the standard Roadside Assistance package. You’ll be covered for your first emergency, so all you have to do is give us a call and sit tight. We also offer several affordable upgrade options to help you enjoy true peace of mind on every ride.
HOG membership also grants you exclusive access to events. You can join your local club and make a lot of new riding buddies in your area and you can also hop on your bike and join your brothers and sisters at regional and national rallies.
Access to The HOG magazine is another great benefit. We currently publish five issues each year, and you’ll learn about what our members are up to and get the first look at all our great new bikes. Membership also includes the H-D touring handbook featuring detailed roadmaps for both the United States and Canada.
And be sure to visit us at the Harley-Davidson® Museum in Milwaukee. You’ll learn our company history, and you’ll also get to see see older H-D models and engine demos. It’s fun for the whole family and HOG members always enjoy free admission!
Membership Options
HOG membership is included with the purchase of each new Harley-Davidson® motorcycle. It includes a membership card, a pin, a patch and all the benefits listed above. Members can also sponsor passengers and family members for Associate memberships. We also offer lifetime membership options for our most loyal riders.
